Q. Favorite spot for a coffee meeting: In DC, Peets (17/Penn Ave.), In SF, Philz at Front St.

Q. Describe one way how a skill you learned in a previous job helped you in your new job: As someone who worked on the Capitol Hill, in the private sector for a tech business and now at the US Chamber, I always look at issues from each perspective and solve problems accordingly.

Q. Job advice in three words? Stay customer focused

Q. How are you (or your company, org, nonprofit) currently bridging the gap between politics and tech? The Chamber has a long history of being a policy advocate for businesses of all sectors. C_TEC was established to tell the story of technology in our economy. With emerging technologies such as autonomous vehicles, drones, AI etc., we are dealing with technology that is changing by the day. Because of this tech is vulnerable. They need allies, like C_TEC, to promote the advancement of technology in DC and state capitals around the country.

Q: What can Silicon Valley teach DC? How to efficiently/effectively solve problems

Q: Best advice you've received? Be nice to everyone because you never know when you'll work with them or run into them again.

Q: How many hours of sleep do you get? 6 hrs if I'm lucky

Q: If you had to live in another city, which would it be? Florence, Italy
